I’m drawn to the space between technology and people,
where ideas become
useful and reliable products.
About Me
My path started with engineering. As an Electrical & Computer Engineer, I learned to work with systems, automation, integration, and the technical details that make solutions work reliably.
But working close to real processes and teams made me interested in more than implementation. I started caring more about the questions behind the work:
That shift is what draws me toward product roles. I understand the complexity of building technical systems, but I’m driven by how those systems create value for users and businesses. I enjoy being the bridge between engineering teams, stakeholders, and the decisions that shape useful products.
Experience
A track record of taking ownership, executing complex technical projects, and aligning teams toward business goals.
Improving customs workflows through automation, integrations, and secure digital systems.
- Built AI-supported and automation workflows that reduced manual sorting and improved operational throughput.
- Translated business needs into user stories, PoCs, integrations, and acceptance criteria across customs and logistics workflows.
Supported mission-critical IT systems and coordinated the rollout of centralized tracking tools for engineering units.
- Coordinated the implementation of an ERP-style tracking system that improved visibility, organization, and decision-making across engineering units.
- Supported system lifecycle, onboarding, troubleshooting, and uptime for IT tools used by 50+ personnel.
Core Competencies
My skill set bridges the gap between deep technical implementation and strategic business execution.
